Excellent service! Highly recommend! David was prompt and very professional. We had damage to our gutters from strong wind gusts. David sent a handy man the same day we called, they repaired the damage quickly, and it was excellent work! Highly reliable!

Excellent and professional service. We had our gutters cleaned and B&C did a wonderful and thorough job. They were prompt and efficient and polite. Scheduling service was also easy and accommodating of schedules.

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and had someone out to discuss the job very promptly as well. They provided competitive pricing and were able to complete the project very quickly while consistently communicating throughout the process. I would definitely work with them again.

I highly recommend Builders & Cleaners. They responded right away to my call and sent the electrician within 24 hours. He did an amazing job! We had an electrical outage with a tripped breaker that seemed like it would be a simple fix, but because it’s an older home, it required several outlets, switches and lights to be repaired. I was told ahead of time the cost and it was very fair. I would definitely call them for any project in the future.

Great company, quick response, professional work. My roof gutters hadn't been cleaned in 3 years, I called the first day and it was done the next day. Very clean, I think it will last 3 years too.

Great service and very professional from start to finish. They rebuilt my front porch and even though the scope of the project became much larger than originally anticipated, they were able to quickly pivot and did a great job. I highly recommend

The Builders & Cleaners went above and beyond not only did they finish the job on time, but the quality was so good it felt like they were working on their own homes. They kept everything clean, stayed professional, and actually cared about the little details most contractors overlook. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and easy to work with, and I can honestly say the finished project came out way better than I even pictured. Five stars, no question.

I reached out to Builders and Cleaners of West Haven, CT for an estimate on my driveway and foundation (rebel stone and brick). While I didn’t move forward with the work at this time, I had a great experience from start to finish. Mo came out to assess the driveway—he was extremely professional, walked me through the scope of work, took detailed photos, and provided a clear and competitive estimate. He also followed up and stayed in communication, which I really appreciated. I also spoke with David, who stayed in touch and was very understanding when I ran into delays on my end. And Kosta—very well-spoken, thoughtful, and left a great impression with his communication style. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t move forward with the project right now, I would absolutely recommend this team.

Had them look at doing some repair work for some termite damage i was certain we would need. They advised we bring in a structural engineer to assess the damage. when the report came back that repairs were not required, David was very honest and did not give us the usual sales pitch. we did not end up needing the work, but it was still a great experience and i will be reaching out on my next project.

I had a roofing issue, I found this amazing company and called. Costumer Service was quick and professional. They were able to come later that day when I called and resolved my issue. I had a fantastic experience with The Builders and Cleaners! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality was excellent, the customer service was responsive and helpful, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free and they were very careful. It's clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I will be recommending them to friends and family. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
